Collection Policy
Eligible orders can be collected from our Knutsford retail store once we confirm they are ready.

Collection address and hours
Collections take place at 49-51 King Street, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6DX. Monday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm; Saturday 10:00am-5:30pm; First Sunday of every month 11:00am-4:00pm; Other Sundays closed; Holiday and special-event hours may vary.
Ordering and readiness
Choose collection where offered at checkout. An order acknowledgement does not mean the goods are ready. Wait for a separate ready-to-collect notification before travelling.
Identification
Bring the order number or confirmation. We may request reasonable identification or verification. If someone else is collecting, notify us of their name in advance.
Large goods and transport
Check dimensions and arrange a suitable vehicle, protective materials and sufficient assistance. Staff may assist where safe but cannot guarantee loading support. Risk generally transfers when goods are physically handed to the customer or nominated collector.
Inspection
Check that the goods and visible condition match the order at collection. Photograph and raise any concern promptly. The opportunity to inspect does not remove statutory rights.
Uncollected orders
Collect within the agreed timeframe or contact us to rearrange. We will attempt reasonable contact before further action. Goods are not automatically abandoned and payment is not automatically forfeited.
Online and in-store purchases
An order purchased online for collection generally retains distance-selling cancellation rights. An item chosen and purchased in-store does not have an automatic change-of-mind return right.
